Chris Boland opened up his restaurant — and his kitchen — to local diners last month when Boland’s Open Kitchen made its debut on Mt. Pleasant Road just north of Davisville Avenue.
After plying his trade at restaurants such as Trappers in the Yonge and Lawrence area, Boland aims to establish his restaurant as a destination for upscale comfort food such as poached salmon and pork tenderloin.
