Next week The Junction’s Narwhal Art Projects will be taken over by a pop-up shop. Local line Crywolf is setting up camp in the artsy space for its first foray into a bricks and mortar location, hawking printed tees, jewellery, bags and much more.
The work of young entrepreneurs Stephanie Drabik and Rose Chang, the pieces feature the duo’s own quirky drawings in addition to those sketched by other artists.
On July 26, shoppers are invited to a shindig where the gals will be silk-screening limited-edition shirts to order. Those looking to treat their fingers to some love will also be able to dress them with custom nail art.
Expect to see plenty of curious critters adorning the goods — we like a tank starring a boy in shark’s clothing, and also a T with, fittingly, a narwhal.
Wolf lovers fear not, for there are plenty of the namesake creatures to be found too.
