Rumi Turkish Cuisine

Take a trip to the streets of Bangkok and visit South Bayview for authentic Thai food. Over the course of COVID-19’s many waves, which forced restaurants closed, Chef Pii Nong spent the quiet time in the kitchen, experimenting with different flavours and creating new dishes. Try the fruits of his lockdown labour, like pandan leaf chicken, marinated chicken wrapped with fresh pandan leaf into a bundle. The dish is then fried to infuse pandan leaf flavor into the chicken and served with sweet chili plum sauce – your taste buds won’t believe you didn’t have to fly to eat food this good.

Darna Middle Eastern Kitchen

Darna Middle Eastern Kitchen is inspired by the authentic flavours found across the Middle East, capturing the essence of the cultural experience through a combination of unique shareable plates. Each dish at Darna is curated by the executive chef and prepared precisely as in-home cooked Middle Eastern cuisine would be. Choose from an array of mezze dishes like shish barak, beef dumplings and roasted garlic in yogurt mint sauce or mashawi (selections from the grill) like kabab skewers with your choice of lamb, chicken, beef or a mix!

Drawing its resources from Ayurveda, the cuisine at Indian restaurant Hindusthali is centered around the concept that food plays an essential role in health and longevity. Creating it’s cuisine with the balance of five tastes: sweet, salty, sour, bitter and spicy, each dish is rich in flavour and colours and infused with a blend of spices that’s made on-site.
