Queen Charlotte is cordially inviting all members of high society to attend the highly anticipated and much talked about Queen’s Ball: A Bridgerton Experience. The ball will be held on Oct. 6, but we can’t tell you the location yet because (as with all things Bridgerton), it’s a secret, though we’re sure it will be nothing short of a smashing success.
We can tell you that the Queen’s Ball will be your chance to dress in Regency period costume, sip classic cocktails, listen to music and mingle with society’s most refined. Rumour has it that Queen Charlotte will be in attendance along with all the finest families and eligible bachelors and bachelorettes.
Guests must be more than sixteen years of age to attend and be accompanied by an adult if under the age of eighteen. While the Queen’s Ball is a step back in time, modern laws apply, so bring your identification if you plan to guzzle a gin fizz or two while indulging in the latest gossip.
If you’re a Bridgerton fan, this event is a must-do. Create an elaborate, one-of-a-kind costume or rent a fabulous ball gown to try and win the Queen’s eye. While donning your finest isn’t mandatory, all performers will be dressed to reflect the days of English Regency – don’t be caught wearing an out-of-season frock!
This event will include an immersive 90-minute experience complete with period-styled rooms, a chance to visit Madame Delacroix’s modiste, acrobatic performances, visit a Regency-era painting studio (start practicing those poses now!), and, of course, a visit with Her Majesty (she will be keeping a keen eye out for the diamond of the season).
It’s safe to say that anyone not attending the Queen’s Ball this season will be instantly cast out of society and frowned upon. To avoid being an outcast, join the waitlist through this link.
Tickets are $49 per person, and we suggest buying your tickets early as this event has already made a splash in other locations. To keep up with the latest details about the Queen’s Ball, follow Bridgerton on Instagram and Facebook.
