Well, we know that Momofuku is going to be bringing its signature pork buns to Toronto, and now we know something else: Toronto’s the Design Agency will be involved in designing the upcoming restaurants. Following this tweet from Rock-it Promotions, we got in touch with Matthew Davis, a principal designer at the Design Agency, who confirmed the company will be working on the Toronto design, but didn’t divulge any details beyond that.
So we’re not sure whether the Design Agency will be designing part of one, one, or both Momofukus, but Davis did admit that “it’s very exciting.” He said he’d relay more information once the company is ready to make a statement.
The Design Agency’s clientele list includes Lobby Restaurant, Embassy nightclub and The Guvernment.
