delicious creations can nowĀ enjoy them beyond the realm ofĀ pop-ups.
Parkās journey to GateauĀ Ghost began in some of Toronto’s most prestigiousĀ kitchens, including Alo, BucaĀ and Joe Beef. But it was during
the pandemic, that he felt theĀ urge to strike out on his own.Ā Inspired by his passion forĀ cooking and a desire to find aĀ better work-life balance, ParkĀ decided to pursue his own business venture.

And so, Gateau Ghost wasĀ born. With a focus on creativityĀ and quality, Park set out toĀ create madeleines like no other.Ā Each bite is an explosion of flavour, with toppings and fillingsĀ that push the boundaries of traditional pastry making.Ā Must-try madeleines includeĀ the Frosty Flake filled withĀ sweet corn ganache; the Snowberry, with its strawberry buttercream and chocolate glaze; andĀ the Liz Lemon bursting withĀ tangy lemon curd.
Fans of Gateau Ghostās delectable Madeleines previouslyĀ had to wait for pop-up events orĀ track down pickup locations.Ā However, with the opening ofĀ its new location, they can nowĀ indulge in a variety of bakedĀ goods, brunch choices and evenĀ natural wines.

While much of the new menu is being kept under wraps, a few delicious items have been revealed, including a savoury miso chive Madeleine, a “KFC” sando, as well as cereal shrimp toast topped with shrimp head aioli.
This long-awaited debutĀ promises to put an end to anyĀ āghostingā concerns, providingĀ fans with a permanent destination for their beloved treats.
Gateau Ghost’s grand opening is slated for Wednesday, May 15th and is located at 974 College St.
