Chef Susur Lee says his latest project, Lee Lounge, is "on track" to open just in time for the Toronto International Film Festival.
Lee Lounge, taking over Madeline’s old space, will feature cocktails from the star chef’s travels.
Lee is currently in Asia "gathering information" and "recipes for tropical fruit cocktails, which will be featured at the new hot spot."
Aside from research, Lee is also making a stop in Singapore to cook at his restaurant, Club Chinois.
