This weekend, music enthusiasts from all corners of Canada prepare to descend upon Toronto for the much-anticipated Veld music festival.

Returning to Downsview Park for its milestone 10th anniversary, Veld has earned its reputation as Toronto’s premier electric dance music extravaganza. Since its inception a decade ago, the music festival has been synonymous with epic performances, unforgettable moments and a sense of unity between festival-goers. This year is no exception, as they pull out all the stops to make it the most exciting celebration yet.

To honour this momentous occasion, INK Entertainment Group has curated one of their biggest, most electrifying lineups to date, which will be spread across three extravagant stages.

Star-studded headliners

The headliners for Veld 2023  come from all over the world, including some of the biggest names in electronic music. Leading the charge is none other than the iconic Grammy award-winning DJ and producer, Tiësto. Joining him are electronic dance music pioneers and Group Therapy Radio founders, Above & Beyond, as well as the multi-platinum, Grammy award-winning artist Zedd.

Canadian fans are ecstatic to see the return of the renowned duo with roots in Western University, Loud Luxury. The two have consistently rocked not only Veld stages but festival stages around the world.

This year will also see the highly anticipated debut of the chart-topping producer Illenium, promising an incredible performance.

One of the most anticipated moments — especially for Canadian fans — is the global debut of a special back-to-back performance by Canadian superstar Deadmau5 alongside Rezz, the Juno award-winning DJ and producer from Niagara Falls. Veld will mark their first performance together as RezzMau5!

U.K. hip-hop and grime showcase

Veld will also dedicate its hillside stage exclusively to U.K. hip-hop and grime on Friday. Headlining this exciting showcase is Central Cee, one of the the country’s leading rappers, whose hit tracks “Loading” and “Doja” have gained him a massive following.

Adding to the excitement, British hip-hop duo Krept and Konan, and drill artist K-Trap, will be making their much-anticipated Toronto debuts. The unique lineup promises to bring a vibrant fusion of sounds and beats that will keep the crowd grooving all night long.

Three stages, plenty of vibes and endless excitement

With three stages offering diverse musical experiences, Veld 2023 caters to a wide range of tastes. The main stage will host electronic dance music, the Sirkus Stage will feature pulsating house music and the hillside stage will showcase U.K. hip-hop and grime on Friday, followed by dubstep and bass for the rest of the weekend.

As the sun sets and the stage lights up, there’s an orchestra of passionate individuals coming together to create an unforgettable experience. Get ready for pyrotechnics, unbelievable light shows, immersive entertainment and base-pumping beats.
