Our pick is the rather festive elderflower martini ($24). Pairing Grey Goose La Poire with St-Germain artisinal elderflower liqueur, the drink is finished with Anna Spinato prosecco and a sliver of bosc pear. With each beverage comes a dish of olives, almonds and bar mix, and should the mood strike, patrons can dabble in a fine Cuban cigar.
