Celebrity chef Daniel Boulud will be back in Toronto on Sept. 15 for a special one-night-only dinner.

The event will take place at Yorkville’s Café Boulud inside the Four Seasons hotel.

The four-course dinner, which has limited seating, features options such as Gaspésie Lobster and Seaweed Salad à la Parisienne; Kataifi Crusted Sole Filet with Early Fall Squash and Chorizo Cream and Spiced Duck breast with braised celery heart, Spinach Subric, and Lingonberry Jus with wine pairings sponsored by Ruinart Champagne House.

Boulud will be in the kitchen alongside the restaurant’s newly appointed chef de cuisine Colin Henderson.

Tickets for the evening are $290 per person.

Café Boulud opened in its current Toronto location in 2015, but the history of the concept dates back to 1998 when the first of the culinary species opened in the Upper East Side location of his eponymous restaurant Daniel in 1998 in New York City.
