City Scouts is a weekly summer camp that takes 10 to 13-year-olds on a wild ride through our urban jungle. Campers learn how to navigate Toronto and appreciate everything their city has to offer. Kids explore, learn, taste, play, compete, and build wherever they go, from Kensington to St. Lawrence, from the Toronto Island to Chinatown. By the end of the week, Scouts have developed the confidence to explore Toronto and embrace the wonders of the outdoors in an urban environment. City Scouts Base Camp is located in Grange Park at the St. George the Martyr rectory, between St. Patrick and Osgoode TTC Stations, right behind the AGO. As part of the camp experience, Scouts are encouraged to commute to and from camp on the TTC. All the scouts are divided into small groups with an estimated 6:1 camper to counsellor ratio.
