We all know chefs Alvin Leung and Eric Chong from MasterChef fame. Joining them for the evening is chef Cheng Kam Fu who began his culinary journey in 1973 at a neighbourhood Chinese restaurant. Rising through high-end Cantonese kitchens, he earned the title of ‘celebrity chef,’ serving an extensive list of elite clientele. Known for innovative dishes like roasted supreme beef and bird’s nest-stuffed chicken wing, chef Fu received acclaim and the “Best Reclusive Chef Award” for his low-profile approach. In 2007, he founded Celebrity Cuisine, achieving and maintaining a Michelin Star since 2010, making it a favourite among Hong Kong’s celebrities, community leaders and food enthusiasts.

Yu Seafood, located at 3401 Dufferin Street inside Yorkdale Mall, is the spot for this epic event. Tickets are available on Eventbrite, priced at $288 each or $550 per couple, and they’re on sale until July 18
