Since 2005, Funnel Cake Express has been touring Ontario to serve up the sweetest treats at carnivals, parades, and concerts. On the menu are the three signature funnel cakes: the steam engine (a classic with cinnamon and icing sugar), the locomotive (topped with strawberries), and the bullet (topped with strawberries and loaded with vanilla soft serve).
